The best thing about comfort food is that there is no "right answer" when it comes to what foods fall into this category. Sure, there are many high-calorie foods that many people turn to for comfort, but you are the one who's palette decides what is defined as comfort. A big bowl of homemade mac and cheese with crumbled crackers on top, a baked potato with all the fixings, or anything deep fried and covered in gravy. The sky's the limit! Looking back to one of our Full Course magazines, we centered it all around comfort... with a twist! Instead of just pouring hot soup in a bowl, we added a little more to it.
