It is an easy go-to for when you just don't feel like cooking dinner (or a fun dinner the family can make together!) One of our past magazines was strictly all about pizza. We talked about crust, sauce, cheese and all the toppings. Check it out here. The Crust There are several options for the crust of your pizza. You could make homemade dough, buy a dough mix, buy premade dough, or buy premade crust (shelf stable or frozen). In Full Course we talked about the frozen crusts we stock. There are even healthier options in frozen crusts that are made of cauliflower. Prepping the crust just depends on what exactly the label instructions say. Once the crust is prepped, you are ready for the sauce. The Sauce Homemade or premade? Nothing beats homemade pizza sauce but we also stock Stanislaus sauces that are made by a true Italian family (and who can beat true Italian pizza sauce?) There are several different "flavors" we offer and it all just depends on what you prefer for your pizza. The Cheese Is it really a pizza without mozzarella? Adding in cheddar, 50/50 (mozzarella & provolone) and parmesan can give your pizza some unique flavors depending on the type of pizza you plan on cooking. Shredded cheese is the best way to go.
