Turkey French Dip


  • Crusty rolls
  • Thick sliced turkey
  • Sliced Provolone cheese
  • 2 tablespoons softened butter
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • Gravy
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • 2 cups chicken or turkey stock

How to Prepare:

  1. Warm turkey slices with rosemary, thyme and butter to season.
  2. Butter crusty roll and heat bun.  Place turkey and provolone cheese on bun and heat until cheese is melted.
  3. For Gravy
  4. In skillet melt butter.  Add flour and whisk until a paste is formed that will thicken the gravy.  Mix in stock and let simmer until thickened.  Add slat and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve gravy with sandwich to dip!
